Poniedziałek początek tygodnia. Nowy tydzień w pracy...tym razem będzie to 7 dni w tygodniu!!!! Nie wiem jak dam radę. Dzisiaj nabieram siły z rana z pysznym śniadankiem i serią ćwiczeń. 8 min na brzuch i 8 min na nogi. W serii znajduje się więcej filmików na różne części ciała. POLECAM!!
